When offered this toy for review I was interested for a couple of reasons. First, I am a big fan of clitoral sucking toys. They tend to do the trick for me. Second, this includes an insertable vibrator as part of the design so I don't have to use two hands to hold toys when I am craving both clit stimulation and insertion.
Initial Impressions
The toy itself is well sized. It is just under 8 inches long (202.5 mm for people who use an actual measuring system) and and just over 1.5 inches in diameter (40mm). The design of the clitoral sucker is also cute with the added "rabbit ears."
The material is not the highest quality. It is a combination of food grade silicone and plastic. Additionally, BestVibe uses "Barney" purple which is overdone and a bit annoying at this point.
The vibrator comes with a magnetic charger. It takes about two hours to fully charge this toy and you get about an hour and a half use with a full charge. This is enough charge for multiple play sessions.
The Promises
The BestVibe site claims that this toy will provide the user with both clitoral and G-spot orgasms. It says the vibrator is waterproof so it can be used in a "relaxing shower or bath." It also sports seven different vibration patterns. Finally, they claim it can replace a bullet vibe, vibrator, sucking vibrator, wand massager, and g-spot vibrator. Cool.
The Results
It's a'right. The insertable vibrator part is the best part of this toy. The vibrations are actually relatively strong and the different patterns are generally pleasing. The high frequency pulse was annoy and felt more like a weird, slightly unpleasant tickle. The rest were adequate for an insertable vibrator.
The clitoral sucking part was not great. It does use changes in air flow to simulate a sucking feeling. I could feel this when I firmly pressed my finger against the clitoral sucker. In use, however, the fit is poor and the feel is closer to someone trying to cool soup rather than suck a clit. The poor fit did lend itself to making a lot of noise. With the lube and the clit sucker I used, it sounded a bit like I was stirring mac n' cheese while I was masturbating. If that is you things, this could work for you. For me, it just made me crave carbs.
It will not replace all five toys it claims too. While I enjoyed the insertable vibrator, I ended up turning the toy sideways and using my preferred clit sucker at the same time. I am not sure why BestVibe claims this will stimulate your g-spot. The length of the toy means if you are going to reach your g-spot the clitoral sucker is more than four inches from your clit. So unless you have a very, very long clitoris, you can't stimulate both your g-spot and clit at the same time.
It is surprisingly easy to use for a bigger body. Normally insertable vibrators with this design are difficult for me to reach the controls once inserted. This one proved to be accessible.
Additional Comments
BestvVibe is a very gendered, heteronormative company. All toys for vaginal, clitoral, and labia stimulation are labeled "women's toys" as are all dildos. All toys for penis stimulation are labeled "male toys." The language in the toy descriptions is also very gendered.
The site clearly caters to white folks. All of the "realistic" toys for "men" are white skin tones. There are a couple of Black skin toned dildos but they are very dark and not particularly realistic. They are branching out into the tentacle and "sci-fi" type dildos, but this is a new forray for them.
If you are looking for a clitoral sucker, this is not your toy. As an insertable vibrator, it is okay, but the sucker attachment proves to be too distracting for a good masturbation session in my opinion.
